


The pretty, 10-roomed, 2 star Hotel La Vallière is set at the entrance of the village, with horses often grazing the meadows around the property. The simply furnished rooms are all en-suite, light and airy, and serviced daily. There is a restaurant and bar, a terrace, and across the street is the village boules court. Jean-Louis and his wife Karine are genial hosts and good cooks, serving delicious dinners of mouth-watering local produce. Jean-Louis is a fount of local knowledge which he is more than happy to share. He will regularly head up into the mountains to collect wild spinach flowers for his ravioli fillings, or to buy cheese and yoghurt from local farmers.
